That's pretty damn fast progress for someone who isn't a complete newbie but I dunno. Maybe that is achievable for some people naturally. Either way your a big c*nt bear in mind that i only started training legs, shoulders and back properly around midway through last year. im sure a lot of people on here would still say my current routine is shit tooi used to deliberatly keep my weight down as well for running purposes, train fucking hard, but stupid as; not eating enough, not enough excercises, overtraining, too much running, no rest days etc. could run 7km in 24min @ 87kg but at what cost? im still not keen on taking rest days...
