  4. The Championships will be held over the weekend of 8-9 August. The NZPF AGM will be held on Saturday 8th as well. The Championship dinner will be on the Sunday night. Proposed lifting schedule: Saturday 8th 0730 weigh-in, 0930 lifting start for women and men up to U74 1130 weigh-in, 1:30pm lifting start for U83 and U93 men Sunday 9th 0730 weigh-in, 0930 lifting start for men U105 1130 weigh-in, 1:30pm lifting start for men U120 andO120 Depending on lifter numbers received, there is a possibility that the morning and evening sessions may be combined into one session. If that is the case, the weigh-in time will be later. Notice will be given as soon as numbers have been confirmed.

  8. NZ Armwrestling presents the 2015 National Armwrestling Championships at The Flying Moa. The Flying Moa is a family friendly pub and everyone is welcome to come along to support or to compete and see who is the best Armwrestler in New Zealand. This Championship is open to everyone and will be for Right and Left hand. There are prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Armwrestlers will be divided in their weight class. Event Title: Anzac 3 Lift and Bench Press Championship Event Date: 25 Apr 2015 (Single Day Event) United Powerlifting Association NZ presents our annual Anzac 3 Lift and Bench Press Championship Saturday 25th April at Miada Gym Otahuhu This comp will also serve as a qualifier for UPANZ National Powerlifting Championship later this year This event is open to both Novices and UPANZ members In honour of this day and the 100 year anniversary of when Aussies and Kiwis stood united in battle... we will be giving a donation from comp entry fees to the RSA in support of the good work they do around New Zealand LEST WE FORGET!
