    what do you mean by detraining? Detraining is usually considered to be a bad thing.

    It sounds like you might be taking "knees out" too far. The main thing is to make sure your knees arent caved in at the bottom of your squat. This is an example of a good highbar ATG squat: note that he knees come in during his ascent (but arent inside his feet). this is fine. Im not sure what you mean by knees out on the deadlift but whatever you could possibly mean is probably incorrect. Here is an example of a great deadlift.

    lol A 200g can of sweet thai chilli tuna has 1000mg of sodium. One 12 inch subway sub (no salt + pepper) has like 2000mg of sodium..

    lol how can you be sodium defficient? Can someone please clarify sodium intake whilst on cycle/ different compounds? I thought because of increased sodium sensitivity, it is advisable to keep sodium intake at about 2000mg/day. Unless you're eating like a starving child, I think you will find that you will have to make an effort to keep sodium much lower than this..

    bad luck man. Unfortunately, i developed shoulder impingement at the beginning of 2013, and it got so bad i couldn't do any pushing movements. It took about 6 months of no push movements + rest for it to heal. I now only close grip bench (shoulder width) and it feels great. I reckon you should go see a dr/specialist. They can take scans and you can find out exactly whats wrong with it. They might be able to treat it and reduce the healing time (for example, with impingement they can give you anti-inflammatory shots etc.).
