I am going to City Fitness Petone at the moment, been training for a year ( with a coach) and a half (by myself). I'm following hybrid performance method by Stefi Cohen but I'd love to talk to anyone and share both the sweat and the fun with people *but I'm new and a little shy and so far haven't really made any gym mates*
I do meal preps and I can cook a variety of Asian food, so if you have time we can have a shared lunch and talk or something. I'm on intermitten x macros and would love to share diet tips (been losing 5 pounds since I started this combo)
