Hi, My name is Anita. I very recently (re)joined Les Mills Howick. I am female, 37. I train early mornings (6-8 am weekdays and first thing weekends) and am looking for someone for motivation and support, as I would also like to drop body fat and add muscle. I run outside x3 per week (in my gym time). I am a 10k runner and enter into events from time to time. I'm not sure if we can help each other out?
