Just wanted to know how much caffeine you'd use as a pre or even post workout.
Basically I've been making chewy caffeine + l-theanine candies for focus at work but I've had some feedback that people might like them for exercise. They are however only 20mg each and from what I read 150mg of caffeine is closer to a reasonable dose.
Has anyone experimented with smaller doses of caffeine? would a couple of candies have any real effect?
I suppose the glucose would help with energy anyway, interested to hear your thoughts.
