  1. Gym

    Im 16 and used to go 5 days a week going hard and had fun doing it . now I fucking hate going don't even enjoy it anymore so I'm trying to do full body going 3 times a week to change it up but even Then I wanna leave early and it ain't cause I'm too lazy. Think it might be my program does anyone have a good full body workout program cause I ain't enjoying the gym anymore.
  2. Bulking meals

    I'm 16 and my parents are splitting so I ain't gonna have much money can anyone help with some cheap bulking meals
  3. I'm 15 and trying to build some muscle So for breakfast I been making shakes with: 1 cup of oats, 2 table spoon pb, 2 tbl spoon of Greek yogurt and 2 and 1/2 cup of milk. is this a good idea or should I just buy a mass gainer

    I'm 15 and want to play rugby this year, if I play I can only go to gym 3 days a week cause of training and games, can I still make gains and would full body workouts be best

    Hey, morning:I have 4 scoops of n mass shake with 1 liter of full fat milk lunch: 1 cup of brown rice and 1 chicken breast or chicken breast sandwich dinner: heaps of what ever my parents cook
  8. im 15 and have lost 17 kg now I've been trying to bulk ofr 6 months and can't build any muscle. Could anyone help with a diet? Thank you
