    I'm 15 and want to play rugby this year, if I play I can only go to gym 3 days a week cause of training and games, can I still make gains and would full body workouts be best

    Hey, morning:I have 4 scoops of n mass shake with 1 liter of full fat milk lunch: 1 cup of brown rice and 1 chicken breast or chicken breast sandwich dinner: heaps of what ever my parents cook
  5. im 15 and have lost 17 kg now I've been trying to bulk ofr 6 months and can't build any muscle. Could anyone help with a diet? Thank you
