  1. New rutine

    I do gymnastics around 4 times a week. But I have to create a gymnastics leotard once a month at least. That's how intense my work outs can be. But I love keeping in shape, that's what i do as an ex professional sportsman. But maybe you guys know some rutine that I can stick to so my weight won't change that much?
