  1. Kia ora I tore my hamstring near the start of the year playing rugby yet it still hasn't fully come right. From what the physio says it's the bicep femoris that has been damaged. I can jog comfortably on ithe only flats but once I start to try get some speed up I can feel it pulling. It's getting annoying because I'd like to start sprint training and working out again. Just need some advice on what else I can do to get my hammy back on track.
