Hi, Does anyone know of a good trainer in Christchurch? I need someone to write me a proper program and set some goals etc. to push me along a bit as have plateaued on current program. Background: I mostly run and lift weights at the moment, with the odd erg. I would like to train for a marathon and keep up a good amount of muscle. I would also like to get my power up on the erg machine as might get back into rowing at some point. I post this here as my current program is most similar to crossfit and would like to get into proper crossfit for good fitness and strength. Thanks in advance, Daniel.
