  • So, I was sick last week with a nasty flu + bronchitis combo which forced me to miss a week of training, basically the body had almost shut down - I couldn't move far from the couch for a few days, and didn't step outside for a week! So today was just feeling my way back into things after the unplanned layoff, happy with the hitout.

  • Not a great session, minor injury that flared up on deadlifts, bit sore but hopefully not too bad.

  • 2 weeks later...

I never really went away - I stalk occasionally!  Well I see now that he no longer works where I work, so unless one of his former colleagues has sent it to him, he may not have even seen it...

I'll see what I can do (will need to do it at home, and do a spot of highly professional editing)

Hello drizzt - nice pic in the staff newsletter Yes 3

I hadn't seen it at first, but there were people at lunch going ' Did you see the weights that guy was lifting?  Shok '

Ahhh, I didn't realise you worked there too!  Ha, I had a few people forward it through to me the morning it came out, was surprised it was a page long, thought they were just chucking me in a side bar somewhere *lol*  Nice to hear from ya CC *smile*

Yes, I've had a short stint there, though not over where you were (I remember you saying once you were at Vogel, as I used to work in that building before they did it up and kicked out the old tenants who weren't MoJ). Been here about 18 months, but leaving in a couple of weeks. Nice bunch of people, but the powers that be don't like to pay what you're worth, so I'm off again.

As for the article - well it needed to be a whole page to fit in all your big muscles!

Aw stink to hear!  They are a nice bunch, there are some pretty ludicrous salaries around where I worked though, mainly contractors *secret*

Don't know about the muscles bit, I think she just wanted to get the spotters in there, ha
