Pin press (chest level) ( to x4 @9, fatigue 4-6% ) bar x 10 60kg x 8 100kg x 4 120kg x 4 @7 130kg x 3 @9.5 (pulled there because another would've failed/been a max) 120kg x 4 @9 Deadlift w/ mini bands (tension approx = 30kg total) ( to x4 @9, fatigue 4-6% ) bar + bands x 10 70kg + bands x 8 120kg + bands x 5 170kg + bands x 4 200kg + bands x 4 @7 (injury)Comments Not a great session, minor injury that flared up on deadlifts, bit sore but hopefully not too bad. Been here about 18 months, but leaving in a couple of weeks. Nice bunch of people, but the powers that be don't like to pay what you're worth, so I'm off again.As for the article - well it needed to be a whole page to fit in all your big muscles!
