Best Bench Posted January 17, 2011 Author Report Share Posted January 17, 2011 The competition will include the Canterbury Championships open to registered lifters, and also be a novice competition open to everyone. We are expecting a number of 200kg+ lifters this year so it is shaping up as a good competition This will be the first competition held in Nelson so we hope the locals will give plenty of support.
