Mrbig
haha allgood the thing with doing day on day off is sometimes you may experience that your doms are worse on the second day after a workout so you may find it harder to train I use to do back 2 days after training legs and found it very hard to deadlift because my legs were still sore especially my hamstrings and glutes which are heavily involved in deadliftingJust something to consider
JOSEF RAKICH
Looks good, but IMO i would keep shoulder day and chest day as far away from each other as possible. Shoulders take a beating on chest day.
