Maximus Posted November 6, 2010 Report Share Posted November 6, 2010 I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 4-5 times a week in the evening and that takes care of my conditioning fully. It is incredible the conditioning you need. I have seen guys puke off the mat due to the intensity of rolling with the boys. Unbelievable.
