noname
After using jack3d for a few months now, my tolerance had gone way up and i wasn't feeling to much after 3 scoops. I thought it was time to try something new. There were some decent reviews on BPI Sports 1-MR, so I gave it a try. Effectiveness 9/10- Great pumps- lots of energy - good focus- really helps when hitting the big compound exercises.Value 7/10- little on the pricey side, you can pick one up from shotgun supplements for $84 (28 servings per container)Taste 7/10-Average - OK. I got blue raspberry. Certainly more pleasant to drink compared with superpump/no shotgun.Ingredients Total Caffeine Per Serving (300mg) Pre-Workout Monster Energy And Pump Matrix (Proprietary)* 5558mg L-Arginine Alpha Ketogluterate Beta Alanine L-Taurine L-Tyrosine N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine Creatine Monohydrate Caffeine Anhydrous Guarana (30%) Yerba Mate (25%) 1,3 Dimethylamylamine Schizandra A (9%) Niacin Grape Seed Extract Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) Red Wine Extract Other products I have triedSuperpump 250No shotgunAssaultjack3dblack powderHemo Rage ultra concentrateCompared to these products I'd say 1 MR is certainly at the top Over all I believe this is a solid product, and a really good alternative to jack3d. I did experience a little crash afterwards, but totally worth it for the pump in the gym. If you are someone that takes 3 scoops of jack3d like i used to or someone who wants a decent preworkout supplement, give this ago instead, it works out cheaper and is more effective in my opinion. Also big big thumbs up to MusclePharm Assaultand Hemo Rage ultra concentrate
trainlikeadog
oh yeah so does 1MR last longer than Jack3d? bacause im almost out of jacked. with 1MR do you need to have 3 scoops like jacked or is it just the one scoop per workout?? and how about hemo rage which would you say is the better supplement? Furiogiunta
It's ingrediant list lis very similar to jack3d, with a few extras in there, but to me it looks like the same AAKG, Beta alanine, creatine, geranium and caffiene combo. Kalidane
Yeh its a bit more powerful in the stimulant department then jack3d, check out the video review at supplementexpress lolololol Also Completely different product. Without the 1,3 DMAA of the old stuff, it's a waste of time.
