Phedder
I have this for desert regularly. Chuck in some peanut butter too Does add fat, but it's better fat than most and still low carb.

Ronin
I'm giving this a shot tonight, in place of my jelly fluff. Just whipped it up in the magic bullet, including PB. It's sitting in the freezer now.....

cantygirl
What is jelly fluff???There is a recipe lurking around on this forum, jelly fluff is a combination of weight watchers jelly made with half the water and once set you add plain cottage cheese, its gag material but hey, some people love it. Each to their own.

fitnessgirl20
Hmmm I might try this 'ice cream'.. What about adding some ice with it into a blender.. might make it a bit thicker??
LilChiken
I do the same but with light ricotta cheese and a little bit of splenda sweetner. For 200g light ricotta, half a serve of protein powder you get 171 cal, 28g protein adn 5.6g carb.If you freeze it it goes like ice cream, if you don't freeze it (just refrigerate it) it goes like instant pudding.I eat this everyday!
