But seriously MG, :ditto: what they said. One thing I've noticed in common with many of the women I've met who lift weights, real weights, is that they are more comfortable in themselves than the people who don't. Whether it's because they've stopped defining themselves by how they look and more by what they do.. or some other deep-n-meaningful crap, who knows, but it's there.

So, like everyone else has said - you wanna lift, you lift smiley-happy088.gif

Oh, and wicked good squats n calf raises btw :clap:

Damn, them front squats would've sucked after frying your quads with the squats and presses! 30kg would've felt like 300kg!

God yes!! I'd never done them before either so I thought oh I'll just chuck 30 on :shock: lol

I love/hate them, so freaking hard, especially when going heavy but have given so much quad growth
