Feeling good and nailin goal set easy at moment cant wait to get into some heavy tin, but all in due time, gota work on dead lift form abit shes feeling abit rusty.....loving my little blow outs at end of session keeping that fitness in tune.

Findings:

Been eating pretty clean and also bit less + no piss last 2 weeks (amazing 4 me) now since starting, trying lean up a bit in drop to 90, but for some reason im putting on weight its crazy up 2kgs now......so now seeing this

im just gunna feast it up hard in look for some size!!!! nothing to big wanna keep fit and mobile so see how we go around 97(maybe treat ma self to over the 100 so i can take down vp one day 8) ) i reakon is a go now, who wants to be a wee man anyway!!! BANG!

3 weeks in, squats and deads feeling better and better back to pb statuz, bench is shit house pretty much starting again with proper tech but it will build hopfully.....deload week coming up now as at end of mini cycle so will do a test at end of week and try and hit 4 weeks goals of 95% of prev 1rm will do easy on all lift apart from bench wher i wont even be close......esp now under injury cloud on hand but it can be worked around fingers x'd
