Hi, yes I love nuts too unfortunately they are a high energy food so less is best. Rule of thumb for ladies is 1/4 cup roasted not salted varieties. Ive also read that brazils should be max of 3 per day.

Oh cool, thanks heaps Cantygirl! I love nuts too, such a good snacking food.. oh really, I didn't know that about brazils but that makes sense as they do leave a bit of a 'powdery' taste in your mouth so I can't usually have a lot. Thanks once again :D
