morattigirl Posted July 16, 2010 Report Share Posted July 16, 2010 Well i'm no expert but here's a couple exercises that I do for the causeKnee raises or parallel even betterSitting with your medicine ball twisting side to sideBicycleLying down with dumbell - overhead legs out straight, bring back knees inHanging knee raises a good one but fucken sore on the arms!!Lunge and twist to opposite side with dumbellhalf of these probably got names but i don't know them :shrug: I don't really do these in sets tho, just till it burns and then do it again :nod: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sportsgirl Posted July 17, 2010 Report Share Posted July 17, 2010 For me it's diet. Unfortunately my midsection isn't naturally lean so I have to actually try to get abs. I did improve the appearance of them even with my stomach teh fatz by doing weighted ab work. Then I got big ab muscles pushing through teh fatz so I can see at least the outline of them.
