Pseudonym Posted June 19, 2005 Report Share Posted June 19, 2005 I don't drink coffee at all (love the smell, but the taste does nothing for me), so someone else might be better to answer this, but just make sure you're getting adequate water to drink as well. Varven Posted August 2, 2005 Report Share Posted August 2, 2005 In about a months time I have a cut cycle. For the first few weeks Im intending to use caffeine pills to boost my metabolism. Dont want to use thermos right away.Also, when on slightly lower carbs, I need it pre work out to give me a kick to power up for the gym.
