While researching in order to learn enough to do this, I was on so many bodybuilding sites I convinced myself I wanted to get huge and bulk lol. I sort of do, but I'd rather not be so concerned about missing a meal or loosing an hour of sleep etc. So I'm thinking of switching to a 2 day routine so I can still make gains, but have more time. What do you think of this:Mon: 3x5 Overhead Press 3x8 Incline Dumbell Press 1x5 Deadlift 3x15 Standing Calf Raises 3x8 Weighted Chin-Ups 3x8 One-Arm Dumbell RowsThur: 3x5 Bench Press 3x5 Squat 3x8 Bench Dips 3x8 Bicep Curl 3x8 Side Laterals 3x15 Weighted CrunchesAlso if I switch to a 2 day routine, there will be more recovery time so am I able to eat less calories and get less sleep than normal?
