Evie Posted May 23, 2007 Report Share Posted May 23, 2007 sometimes i make abit of a sushi salad ,mix in some rice bit of pickled ginger chopped up nori and a good splash of soy mmmmmm =P~Oh my goodness - yummy thank you for that idea! I tried it yeaterday and it's now my new favorite way to have my tuna (both M2 & M3) 1 x tin tuna50-75gm brown rice2-3 sheets of seasweedpickled ginger thinly slicedall mixed up, so so yummy. volodkovich Posted May 24, 2007 Report Share Posted May 24, 2007 Been trying a lot of tuna lately as im on my cut.Best i have tried so far is my personal ginger marinade - basically onions, tuna, soy sauce, tomato sauce, dash of vinegar and fresh ginger. Chuck all in a pan and heat through.I tend to always have mine with onions and hot. So far have tried heaps of differnt combinations. With Tuscan seasoning its pretty nice. If i like talked with the management of say wool worths and saidwe have about 100 people on Nz body building siteThey have about 2 cans a day 7 days a week thats appx 14 cans100 times 14 = 1400 a weeknow u could get a huge bulk discount- only prob is limited choice - i.e. the best flavoured ones???? Or we could get a nz body building card made up like the one card for body builders:P and get like a special discount????I could try that, give me a pm site admins if your keen on the idea???!
