Pseudonym
I don't think anyone's mentioned patties yet - we've had omlettes, but not patties. Thanks Daniel, and welcome to the forum.
deegee
Interesting, anythin to disguise the tuna taste is good. I actualy might try withis recipe minus the bread crumbs.Let you know how I find it.
Pseudonym
You could probably replace the breadcrumbs with rice or couscous, if you wanted. (Although, since couscous is also made from wheat, you might as well just use breadcrumbs!)

Ripped2Shreds
i really like Tuna with a packet of 2 minute noodles but am a little worried about the mercury content that goes with most canned tuna.i remember a while back when the late kiwi actor Kevin Smith was body building and got mercury poisoning from eating canned tuna and i think he was only eating 2 -3 cans a week.Anyone else heard the same? Boostin
There was a bit of talk about mercury in tuna in this thread.http://www.nzbb.co.nz/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1183
