justhell 60 Report post Posted March 2, 2010 thanks mate,i love lifting my weight at the moment is 78kg,which is a bit light for were id like to be.im consistantly at this weight unless iv taken somthing to help,but then after trying to loose bodyfat,i seem to get back to that weight.Last oct/november i got up to 85 kg(the heaviest iv been),but i did have a bit of a belly. :shock: this year iv been careful about what i eat,also been sweating hardout,at the gym. :nod: im just trying to get lean as i can before i have a go on sustanon cycle,(if all goes to plan).Idealy id like to be 85kg,without the belly.cheers drizzt. justhell 60 Report post Posted March 5, 2010 tonight is 5th marchyeep im a bit late on journal tonight,but i did do my work out,it was fairly standard tonight but i did enjoy it.i had 2 scoops of superpump tonight,felt like a change from jack3d and just wanted to see if it helped me more than jack3d.i didnt notice any better energy or strength than normal.so i feel jack3d is good for me now,you dont seem to get that bloated feeling like ya do with superpump. this was my programme(same as last friday)flat benchpress 4 setspull ups (chins) 3 setslegpress-low 3 setsleg extension 2 setssb crunches 2 setsleg curls 2 setscalf raisers 2 setsbackwork SS romain chair 2 setsiron cross machine SS bentarm pullovers 3 setssholders front raise 3 setsbentover flys 3 setsshrugs 3 setsforearms concentrated 3 setscable cross arm curls 3 sets It was a good workout,bloody hot in good ol Palmy today,so was hot as at the gym,man im gonna have a shower now cause i feel gruby. :pfft: :shifty: ttfn Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

justhell 60 Report post Posted March 5, 2010 Hey Beowulf,power driver is a machine that you semi squat under,have it on top of sholders while holding on to handles.then stand up,then carry on into doing calf raisers.Then go back to squat position.and repeat.you can choose your weight with ajusting the pin.I start with 200 kg and progress with 1 plate each time. 8) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

justhell 60 Report post Posted March 8, 2010 monday 8th marchhad a good workout tonight,i had 2 scoops of JACK3D & i think it helped me out a wee bit.I did squats first tonight before flat bench press because i found out last monday that when your fully pumped in chest area,it feels like ya pull a (heart muscle) when trying to hold the bar doing squats. :pfft: It seemed to work a treat.this is what i did tonight;squats 3 setsflat bench press 4 setsleg extension 2 setssb crunches 2 setsleg curls 2 setscalf raisers 3 setssholder press 3 setsconcentration biceps 3 setsweighted crunches SS weighted incline situps 2 setscable triceps 3 setsback (seated w plates) 3 setsshrugs 3 setsforearm bb roll 3 setsall done and i feel great :nod: il put in a picture of my infinity 3-station gym(its just collecting dust),because im a gym member now. :wink: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
