Just keeping tabs

thanks mate,i love lifting :D

my weight at the moment is 78kg,which is a bit light for were id like to be.

im consistantly at this weight unless iv taken somthing to help,but then after trying to loose bodyfat,i seem to get back to that weight.

Last oct/november i got up to 85 kg(the heaviest iv been),but i did have a bit of a belly. :shock:

this year iv been careful about what i eat,also been sweating hardout,at the gym. :nod:

im just trying to get lean as i can before i have a go on sustanon cycle,

(if all goes to plan).

Idealy id like to be 85kg,without the belly.

3rd march

had 3 scoops JACK3D tonight & it seemed to do the trick,workout took 1 hr 45 mins so that was good. :nod:

this was my programme (same as last wednesday)

power driver 3 sets

incline bench press 3 sets

decline weighted sit ups SS weighted 2 sets

leg extension 2 sets

cable cross overs 3 sets

hip flexors 2 sets

decline bench press 3 sets

leg curls SS adductor 2 sets

db curls 3 sets

skull crushers 3 sets

back bentover bb 3 sets

sholders cable 3 sets

hammer curls 3 sets.

just gonna have tea now and hit the hay,im a bit worn out.

tonight is 5th march

yeep im a bit late on journal tonight,but i did do my work out,it was fairly standard tonight but i did enjoy it.

i had 2 scoops of superpump tonight,felt like a change from jack3d and just wanted to see if it helped me more than jack3d.

i didnt notice any better energy or strength than normal.

so i feel jack3d is good for me now,you dont seem to get that bloated feeling like ya do with superpump.

this was my programme(same as last friday)

flat benchpress 4 sets

pull ups (chins) 3 sets

legpress-low 3 sets

leg extension 2 sets

sb crunches 2 sets

leg curls 2 sets

calf raisers 2 sets

backwork SS romain chair 2 sets

iron cross machine SS bentarm pullovers 3 sets

sholders front raise 3 sets

bentover flys 3 sets

shrugs 3 sets

forearms concentrated 3 sets

cable cross arm curls 3 sets

It was a good workout,bloody hot in good ol Palmy today,so was hot as at the gym,man im gonna have a shower now cause i feel gruby. :pfft:

Hey Beowulf,

power driver is a machine that you semi squat under,have it on top of sholders while holding on to handles.

then stand up,then carry on into doing calf raisers.

Then go back to squat position.

and repeat.

you can choose your weight with ajusting the pin.

I start with 200 kg and progress with 1 plate each time.

monday 8th march

had a good workout tonight,i had 2 scoops of JACK3D & i think it helped me out a wee bit.

I did squats first tonight before flat bench press because i found out last monday that when your fully pumped in chest area,it feels like ya pull a (heart muscle) when trying to hold the bar doing squats. :pfft:

It seemed to work a treat.

this is what i did tonight;

squats 3 sets

flat bench press 4 sets

leg extension 2 sets

sb crunches 2 sets

leg curls 2 sets

calf raisers 3 sets

sholder press 3 sets

concentration biceps 3 sets

weighted crunches SS weighted incline situps 2 sets

cable triceps 3 sets

back (seated w plates) 3 sets

shrugs 3 sets

forearm bb roll 3 sets

all done and i feel great :nod:

il put in a picture of my infinity 3-station gym(its just collecting dust),because im a gym member now. :wink:

wednesday 10 march

had a good workout today,took 2 scoops of Jack3d(il stick with that dose),& 1 scoop of protien powder (always) pre workout.

this is my normal wednesday programme.

powerdriver 3 sets

incline benchpress 3 sets

decline weighted situps SS weighted crunches 2 sets

leg extension 2 sets

hip flexors 2 sets

cable cross overs 3 sets

decline bench press 3 sets

leg curls SS adductors 2 sets

db curls 3 sets

skull crushers 3 sets

back bent over bb 3 sets

sholders cable 3 sets

hammer curls 3 sets.

was another hot one today(love it),also did workout earlier today cause i took a sicky, off work :pfft: ,looking forward to fridays programme.

friday 12 march

Had a good workout tonight,i took my time and it took 2 hours 10 mins to do :shock:

had 2 good scoops of jack3d & me usual protien shake before gym.

this is my friday programme,

flat benchpress 4 sets

pull ups (chins) 3 sets

leg press-low 3 sets

leg extension 2 sets

sb crunches 2 sets of 30

leg curls 2 sets

calf raisers 3 sets

backworkSSromain chair 3 sets

iron cross machine SS bentarm pullovers 3 sets

sholders front raise 3 sets

bent over flys 3 sets

shrugs 3 sets

forearms concentrated 3 sets

cable cross over arm curls 3 sets

so yeep that was another good pump up,just had a hot spa bath to relax in.

now iv gotta make somthing to munch on,if i can get off this computer.

15th march

im glad i made it to the gym tonight,nearly didnt go cause my nose has been running like a tap all day!

it stopped after work so decided to go.(good choice) :nod:

this is my programme for mondays

squats

flat bench press

leg extension

sb crunches

leg curls

calf raisers

sholder press

concentration bicep curls

weighted crunches SS weighted situps

cable triceps

back (seated w plates)

shrugs

forearms bb roll.

that took 1 hour 45, but i must have chatted for at least 15-20 mins,so i did do a good time. :wink:

feel good after that.

17th march

tonight was a good workout,i did everything as usual but in different order,cause some machines & things were being used.

all up it took 1 hr 45mins,even though it felt like i did it faster than that. :D

this is my normal wed programme,but in the order i did them.

a nice hard workout and i loved it 8) ,now its time to have tea,shower,shave and id like to get an early night(yea right) that never happens!

friday 19th march

after work tonight i had to move a ute load of old fireplace bricks,so that was a good warm up before hitting the gym :nod:

and i ended up being a bit late to the gym,so i couldnt fit my whole programme in.

so i left out leg raisers,leg curls and calf raisers!

this is what i did at the gym,

Flat benchpress

pull ups (chins)

leg press low

sb crunches

backwork SS romain chair

ironcross machine SS bent arm pull overs

sholders front raise

bent over flys

shrugs

forearms concentrated

cable cross over arm curls.

that took me 1 hour 40 mins,it was an ok work out but i did feel like i had to rush it.

I still managed to have a few good conversations with people. :lol:

I did order another t shirt today off e bay,"DIANABOL-BECAUSE I PREFER ORAL".Its quite cool,got one last week off that site, and its a primo fit.

ha ha i wish,na they are normaly a good fit when i get them,and they either end up being too small or go all baggy on the bottom.

i have a draw full of tees that i dont wear over half of them.

one time my wife did rip one half off me :pfft: but i wont go there. :oops:

22nd march :grin:

had a primo workout tonight,it took 2hrs 5 mins but in that time i did chat for proberly 20mins.

It was quite a hot night,i was sweating after getting off the warm up bike,so luckily i did stop & talk a bit just to cool down.

this is what i did tonight;

squats

flat bench press

leg extension

sb crunches

leg curls

calf raisers

shoulder press

concentration biceps

weighted crunches SS weighted sit ups

cable triceps

back (seated w plates)

shrugs

forearms bb rolls.

good stuff aye,well id better tidy up kitchen now & try for an early night.

was yet another good night at the gym tonight,had 3 scoops of jack3d 3 and a can of demon,it did the trick well.

tonights programme;

powerdriver 200,212.5,225kg

incline bench press 60,70,70kg

decline weighted situps SS weighted crunches 10 kg plate

leg extension 75,82.5kg

hip flexors

cable cross overs 35kg each side

decline bench press 60,70,80 kg

leg curls SS adductor lg 41kg,adct 97kg

db curls 17,19,19kg

skull crushers 35kgplus 5kg for gizmo thing

back bent over bb 60 kg x3

sholders cable 57.5,60,60

Hammer Curls 17kgx10,14x10,10x10,9x10. 3 sets

It took 2 hours all up and i did sweat lots,still loving my programme. :grin:
