hey Gymsta,that workout took 2 hours but involved a bit of chatting,ha ha.

howdy startinfromscratch,

i recon im up to normal test levels now,if not a bit more going by the amount of zits im getting latley & my strength has increased lots,i think it could have somthing to do with blackmores performance multi vitimans,they have 6000mg tribulus in each cap.

I am planning on getting bloods done again in about 1&half -2months, before i start a cycle.(i recon they are highish?)

looking forward to then. :wink:

Yaaaaeeee,got results back from my blood test;

TOTAL TESTOSTERONE 29 previous test was 9.3 nmol/L9-38

FREE TESTOSTERONE 680 previous test was 154 pmol 250-800

SEX HORMONE BINDING GLOBULIN 33 previous test was 43 nmol/L9-60

FREE ANDROGEN INDEX 879 previous test was 216 >400

so took about 5-6 weeks to get from low readings back to normal,

i did have liquid nolva 1ml oral a day for 3 weeks,unsure of strength?

& took tribulus twice a day for 30 days,

also took novadex xt 2 at night for 30 days,

& zma 2 at night for 30 days.

yeea they are quite long aye,but i think my body is getting use to them,its a good feeling after finnishing the last set. :nod:

but i do enjoy working out,id love to be able to do it more,but i have to balance out time with me family too.

wednesday 27th jan

did another mean sweaty workout tonight that took 2 hours again to do.i left out hip flexors tonight mainly cause i got stuck chatting again and thought id run out of time.(and i dont like them) :lol: ,i do heaps of ab exersicers anyway,80 every morning at 545am on ab king pro +20kg.

this is todays programme;

powerdriver

incline bench press

decline weighted situps SS weighted crunches

leg extension

cable cross overs

decline bench press

leg curls SS adductors

db curls

skull crushers

back bentover bb

sholders cable

hammer curls.

yeep very sweaty tonight :nod: ,and got given "bigger faster stronger" dvd to watch,its all good i can watch stuff like that all night long. \:D/

29th january

what a night tonight,is my sons 8th birthday so iv been in charge of cooking steak, chops & more steak on the bar-be. :D ,so iv had heaps to eat & theres lots left for tommorow aswell.

I did get to go to the gym after work for 2 hours first,and it was yet another sweaty sweaty night. 8)

fridays programme

flat benchpress

pull ups (chins)

leg press-low

leg extension

sb crunches

leg curls

calf raisers

backwork SS romain chair

bent arm pullovers SS ironcross machine

sholders front raise

bent over flys

shrugs

forearms concentrated

cross over cable arm curls

that was tonights programme,i added in cross over cable arm curls,get a mean pump from that. \:D/

monday 1st feb

had a pretty busy day/night today,just sitting down to tea now,umm green chicken curry,with brown rice & beans.

did a good work out tonight it took 1 hour 55mins.

this is what i did;

flat bench press

squats

leg extension

sb crunches

leg curls

calf raisers

sholder press

concentration bicep curls

decline weighted situps SS weighted crunches

cable triceps

back(seated w plates)

shrugs

forearms bb roll

Its been realy hot at the gym the last 3 or so weeks,man all that sweating has got to be good for ya.

hey jono yeep this heat is too much when pumping iron at the gym aye.

tonight is wednesday 3rd feburary,

and i did another hard sweaty workout tonight,it took 2 hours & 5 mins,but in that time yeep more chatting :discussion:

its quite funny cause im for ever getting told off(nicely though) for talking,i cant help it theres some good guys & girls at the gym aye. :lol:

So this was my programme tonight;

power driver

incline bench press

decline weighted situps SS weighted crunches

leg extension

hip flexors

decline bench press

leg curls SS adductor

db curls

skull crushers

back bentover bb

sholders

hammer curls

still enjoying my new programmes hard :nod: ,and kind of like sweating heaps,my t shirt gets soaked. :pfft:

il try and get an early night tonight cause iv only been getting 4-5 hours a night latley,to busy checking out good sites on computer(researching),body building and i find it hard to turn off computer.

But im learning more every day,may be i could be a personal trainer one day? :grin:

tis friday 5th feb,

felt a bit stronger tonight at the gym,so gave it a good go and sweated hard again,took me 2 hours & 5 mins to do and i even added 3 more sets on bench press(just cause i was spotting some one and couldnt resist :pfft: ).

this is what i did tonight

flat benchpress

pull ups (chins)

leg press low

leg extension

MORE bench press(while spotting some one) :grin:

sb crunches

leg curls

calf raisers

back work SS romain chairs

iron cross machine SS bent arm pull overs

sholders front raise

bent over flys

shrugs

forearms concentrated

cross over cable arm curls.

and now im feeling pumped as :jive: ,i think im gonna have a nice hot spa bath now to relax. :grin: ,(if i can get off this computer). :roll:

mon 8th feb

tonight i thought i should cut things back a bit for now as iv read about overtraining & excess cortisol etc..

so tonight it took me 1 hour & 35 mins. \:D/ ,i still did all my exercises on me programme,but did 2 sets on some instead of 3 sets.

this is was what i did ;

squats 3 sets

flat bench press 4 sets

leg extension 2 sets

sb crunches 2 sets

leg curls 2 sets

calf raisers 2 sets

sholder press 3 sets

concentration bicep curls 3 sets

weighted crunches SS decline weighted sit ups 2 sets

cable triceps 3 sets

back (seated w plates) 3 sets

shrugs 3 sets

forearm bb roll 3 sets

so i still got that good pump & got really sweaty. :pfft: ,but i will cut back on all workouts so im not over training.

untill i get my sus 250 cycle under way, then il go back to my 2 hour+ workouts. :nod:

hey gymsta,i normaly have 1-2 miniutes between sets,if im doing bench its proberly more like 3-4,just depends whos there,(youve got to be social at the gym :pfft: ),some things i only have 1 miniute break but then again i can get held up chatting. :discussion: .

back again :D ,

12 feburary 2010

wow had a wicked workout tonight,got very sweaty,and enjoyed it hard.pre workout tonight i had 2 scoops of super pump 250 instead of 1,because i have some JACKD3 on the way,so thought id have a bigger dose.

it DID make a big differance to strength,and had good focus till the end.i did the last 45 mins with out much of a break,it was good cardieo at the same time.

and starting with bench press was primo tonight,i had a training partner thats my size,weight and nearly same strength.

I pumped out ;

60kg @20 reps

100kg easy 8 reps

110kg 8 reps,only got spotted on last 1 with fingers only. \:D/

120 kg 4 reps,spotted on last half 1

120 kg 4 reps spotted on last half 1

60kg @ 25 reps.

im back yeee a \:D/

so that took up more time than usual but was nice :grin:

anyway heres me programme that i did tonight;

flat bench press 6 sets

pull ups (chins) 3 sets

leg press low 3 sets

leg extension 2 sets

sb crunches 2 sets

leg curls 2 sets

calf raisers 2 sets

backwork SS romain chair 2 sets

iron cross machine SS bent arm pull overs 3 sets

sholders front raise 3 sets

bent over flys 3 sets

shrugs 3 sets

forearms concentrated 3 sets

cross over cable arm curls 3 sets

so for the last 8 sets i was going real hard(running out of time),and i got fucked up good 8)

the workout took 1 hour 35 mins,

THAT WAS GREAT \:D/

iv just finished indian takeaways (beef korma HOT) & a naan bread,spectacular -Love it.

What A Cool Night.....

tonights 15 feb and i had another cool workout,i tried 1 scoop of jack3d and i do think its ok,but i think il try 2 scoops next time,it gave me tingles all over (weird),must be good tho aye. :lol:

was a realy good workout tonight,had 2 scoops of JACK3D,and i sweated hard,wow :wink:

22nd feb

had 3 scoops of JACK3D tonight and i dont think i get much off it realy?get better results off 2 scoops of superpump i think.

oh well,have to try everything at least once in life aye!

I had an average workout tonight,didnt break any records but still did my full workout,and still feel good. :nod:

hey drizzt,only seem to get a mild hit off 2 or 3 scoops so just woundered what 4 scoops would do?

i think 4 scoops is good :nod: ,gives you a hype buzz feeling even on last set of hammer curls,makes it a bit easier to do, but also gives you a weird pins & needles feeling.

i like it, but i might go back to 2 or 3 scoops to make it last better,but if i feel tired il have 4 scoops.

i still have a bit of sp250 left,il try mixing them & see what happens? :grin:

Not bagging ya for it, just caught my attention is all :) Mine got here yesterday so will be my first session on it today. Will try 1.5-2 scoops and see how that feels.

Training is looking good anyway man, how are the weights coming along?

hey matey,yea i did read that too :pfft: ,just wanted to see what happens if you do exceed that dose,(didnt notice any bad effects),but i think iv had that tingley feeling today.(only slight),havin a sicky today cause i was up late. 8)

but yea still lovin training hard :nod: ,if anything,iv picked up my pace a bit,still doing the same weight, but i can have less time between sets.

I still have a long way to go, to get the results that im after mate.

Good luck with your JACK3D drizzt,its a good product imo, but i wounder if it might build up in ya system after a bit,then 1-2 scoops will have good effect?

26th feb

not to bad of a workout tonight,but not the best by far either.

i had 3 scoops of JACK3D & 15 mins later 1 scoop of superpump,not a good combo imo,got a headache bout 1 hour into it & didnt have solid strength realy,felt a bit jitterey & my stomic was not good.

oh well i wont do that combo again. :pfft:

had my normal programme tonight;

flat benchpress (not much better than normal) 4 sets

pull ups (chins) 3 sets was good,(got a compliment from good lookin lady)

legpress good 3 sets

sb crunches 2 sets

leg curls 2 sets

calf raisers 2 sets

leg extension 2 sets

backwork SS romainchair 2 sets

ironcross machine SS bentarm pullovers 3 sets

sholders front raise 3 sets

bentover flys 3 sets

shrugs 3 sets

forearms concentrated 3 sets

cable cross arm curls 3 sets

so im happy i got everything done(early closing fridays),and it took 1 hour 55 mins to do but did chat for 10-15 mins. :lol:

so iv found out its not good to mix ya pre workout supps aswell,but i did sweat like crazy.

1st march

hi ya peeps,

tonight was a good workout,i had 3 scoops of JACK3D which i did feel.

felt a bit sped up again but took my time & it was great.

the workout took 1 hour 40 mins to complete. :D

this was it;
