Well, that should be enough leg shots to satisfy them for a while!

Petey may be right about upper versus lower proportions, but you're definitely getting there. You've got a good teardrop developing.

Just a thought (and I'm not sure why I say this since I can't really see) but are you working the hamstrings hard enough? That adds quite a bit of depth to the leg, and is just as important as quads IMO - if not more. It was a body part I originally overlooked - just cos you can't see it doesn't mean it's not important!

Oh, and keep thrashing those calves! :wink:
