cantygirl
The secret to an awesome omelette, is an awesome non-stick pan. I make mine up with 5 eggs (1 whole) good splash of water and mix it well. Spray pan and chuck the eggs in closely followed by chopped up ham or smoked salmon, spring onions, red capsicum chopped small and corn kernels. Little sprinkle of edam grated. Bon apetite. Onlyparty
I find the best omelette is cook spinach , mushroom, tomatoe and ham FIRST in the non stick pan - then add the eggs and let it settle then instead of flipping it chuck it under the oven grill for 3 mins, perfectly cooked omelette.
