I picked up half a litre of flaxseed oil for $

deegee
good to hear you are taking it easy with the deadlifts at the start these things will lead to injury everytime if you do not get the technique right while the weight is still light.i have seen some auwful form at the gym and people doing themselves an injury. Varven
Yeah.. once in a while get some 1 experienced to spot you on DL .. especially on the heavy sets as you start to loose form.Keep DL'ing and watch yourself grow mutant halms/traps/forearms and thick lats/rhomboids(?)
