Finally ive started doing deadlifts, i guess i was put off them because everyone was tellin me "ohh no those are far to dangerous", but sometimes you just gotta harden up:). I didnt go all out on them today im just gonna start off nice and lite and wrk into it untill i get more confident. Even thou i was doing lite i was really feeling it in the lower back

all and all good gains in the back today calves are good also

good to hear you are taking it easy with the deadlifts at the start these things will lead to injury everytime if you do not get the technique right while the weight is still light.i have seen some auwful form at the gym and people doing themselves an injury.

good old forearm training huh, wow i havnt done that in soooo long :grin:

brings back some memories.

yea i reckon everyone should do abit of forearm trainin now and then :) even thou they usually get a good wrkin from other exercises like deadlifts etc its still good to give them a lil TLC session

Nice workout mate. Im not familiar with praying mantis ab work, care to explain?

an alteration of roll outs but with the swiss ball pretty much

kneel on the floor place forearms on the swiss ball and roll it out keepin the back straight as much pos and keep the ball close (but no on) to the body

i used to do forearm training.. but really didnt notice much difference to be honest. forearms have put on a lot of size since i dropped them. heavy back training.. works em good.
