Pseudonym
So I've been experimenting with different recipes that work for the Anabolic diet. For the uninitiated, this means:- Lots of protein- Lots of fat- Virtually no carbs (other than veges)Some of these experiments have worked better than others. I now know you can make a very nice Greek salad out of sliced chicken breast, broccoli, feta, red capsicum and a drizzle of olive oil. I also know that the same salad does not work so well if you swap the chicken and broccoli for steak and leeks.Anyway, there seem to be quite a few people doing this diet now, so I figure we should pull all our successes together to create...The Ultimate Anabolic Diet Recipe TopicTo kick things off, I present you with The Real Chicken Burger.Heat your Breville grill (far superior to those nasty George Foreman ones) and line with baking paper for easy cleaning. I can't remember who gave me this tip, but I will happily marry you (civil union if you're a guy). When the grill is hot, insert the chook tits and sprinkle the tops with Masterfoods' Tuscan Seasoning. Cooking time will depend on the size of the breast (test by cutting into the center, and the juices should run clear). When cooked, take out of the grill, and rest for a few minutes. Let the chicken breasts rest too.Split the breast into two. If you're not eating it immediately, this is much easier done to a cooler breast. Now it's just like making a sandwich. Put in some broccoli/asparagus/parsley/whatever. Apply a liberal slab of sour cream, and top with sun-dried tomatoes. Put the chicken breast "lid" on top, and you're done. This is ridiculously simple, and it looks so damn good your workmates won't believe you made it yourself. That's always satisfying.OK, who's got the next recipe?

HumanPerformance
Protien shake in water with 1 or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter blended in. If you do this with chocalte flavour it tastes just like a snickers bar.Or to increase the fat content (good fats) of your shakes add 100mls or so of extra virgin olive oil and blend well.
