Heres what i did on chest tonight at the gym; bench press 20@60kg,8@100kg,7@110kg,6@120kg,3@130kg,25@60kg. Ordy Posted September 30, 2009 Report Share Posted September 30, 2009 Flat bench is weak, as I've only just joined a Gym with it, so 3*6-8 at 80kg atm.Decline is around 3*8 at 95-100kg. was up to 110kg but got real sick for a while and lost weight + str.I just hit 83kg myself and 6'3. (wrist curls and reverse wrist curls) ?Another thing that helped me up mine was going past failure occasionally, using your spotter, even if they feel like ur arms are gonna fall off get him to help you do a few more, then drop the weight and do some more. Foundation Posted October 1, 2009 Report Share Posted October 1, 2009 Currently I'm 88kg 5'6 was roughly 90kg 1 month ago before carb depletion (cutting for summer)Lifts from 1 month agoBB Flat bench 120 x 6 - 8BB Flat bench 140 x 2 had a spotter ready & waiting which helps with confidence, failed on the 3rdBB Decline 135 x 6 - 8BB Incline bench 100 x 6 - 8I've incorporated a pyramid style for the last 5 months and have plateued and am now performing high reps 12-15 with much lower weight....(feel the burn baby!!!!) will continue with this till the end of November then go back Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
