NZPT
im dieting for a show and tonight i had a craving for food food and more food! I didnt go off my diet but did come up with this and had it after my last meal.3 egg whites (more for a larger serve)50ml watervanilla or choc protein powder...i used balance WPInatural peanut butter *optional.add water egg whites and 1 level scoop of protein powder whip in a bowl with a fork. consistancy was lumpy but thats ok.heat at minute intervals in high stiring and wipping the batch until it is fully cooked. mine took 3 minutes.then mash the cooked resedue to make a cottage cheese consistance or finer if you have the time. add one more scoop of protein powder and a small amount of water to get the consistancy you want and its done!i also added 2 teaspoons of PB.tastes like a vannilla pudding

NZPT
if it was a blob then turn you microwave down and check at 30 sec intervals stir/breakup mixture then. it will be a bit blobby but once you break it down with a fork and add abit more water and powder once the whites cook abit its fine.also try shaking egg whites and 1st scoop of protein powder before microwaving seems to do the trick!had it again as my last meal before bed was good!
