nzuser
Sup everyone. I am from Christchurch and have been hitting the gym since April. I have been doing a lot of upper body work for example a general day at the gym = bench press, dumb bell press, bench incline, butterflies, chest press and push ups to finish up with. I have gained alot of muscle mass but I want to be ripped/toned. Not so buff. Any ideas anyone???
Laver
Starve yourself, you'll end up less buff and more ripped.

I'm too buff!"
Laver
And so, starvation and cardio is the best answer. He will quickly lose lots of fat and muscle, just what he's after?

poos_n_wees
...for example a general day at the gym = bench press, dumb bell press, bench incline, butterflies, chest press and push ups to finish up with. I love that you call them butterflies :grin:Like Vee says.. your diet needs an overhaul. To get more ripped, you have to lose the bodyfat covering your muscles. This means cutting out (or at least - cutting down) on the junk food.
