Any thoughts on these products?

:pfft: You want to look like Sir Bob?

Deer velvet is apparently full of trace minerals... But I can't vouch for it's efficacy.

A lot of old people take it :pfft:

Smart arse  Go chew on ya mouthguard

Back to the LeanFX then...using it in a bulking phase for extra energy and reducing bodtfat as I go.....would it help do that?

Wed July 29

Had a big chat with myself today  the best thing about arguing with yaself is that you always win..

Decided in my infinite wisdom to shed about 10-13% bf off over the next month or so and go for a leaner bulk up. That should take me down to 12% or so. Faaark...I might even see my abs rather than the one big mutha I've been training for years  Fully armed with Mitotropin, some good multivits, Vit C and a test booster and with an eye on a tub of superpump 250 (I rate this shit) Im dropping off some carbs and upping the protien a bit, getting the right fats and Im away 8)

10 mins on the bike 70% HR and 10 on the tready ..same HR

Shouders today...a weakness in the machine so they have to pay

3X140 but they were little short lifts from number 1 on :pfft:

so just for being sloppy I went for a rep out, squeezin the buggers on 80kg and managed 16 till I nearly puked and now I hurt good :rockout:

Hit the deck for a sesh on the ab  and cranked them till I nearly puked up my superpump 250 sample from Bodypro today :D

Scoffed this lot

and I'll sneak a no carb/sugar/fat shake in for beddybyes

Water is up at 4lt so far and meals prepped for a day at sea 2mora :salute:

Make sure youre using premium lean mince otherwise you might as well be deep frying those mince servings if its regular mince :shifty:

I realised this one a couple of months back while I was cooking up 500g of normal mince and tipped around a quarter cup of fat out

Yummy! Apparently if you boil it briefly first, you can skim the fat off or something. That's what the gay funeral director at my gym told me anyway.

Personally I can't do mince. Must be a childhood trauma thing

Nutro is looking a lot cleaner   Should start to see a quicker drop in b/fat if you maintain ...

Once your body comes into a normal fat range i.e 15%ish -> you may need to tidy the plan up a bit further in order keep the bfat decreasing >

Good effort so far -> :)

Thanks fellas!

Up early ...couldnt sleep. Guess the body clock is still on deck duties  and did a fast 40mins round the block. Off to the quack ..may get a shot of cortisone he reckons to settle this elbow. Anything I should know re: cortisone and training that i haven't googled already? Seems pretty safe but for a small bit of discomfort and that cant be as bad as not being able to curl with the palm up

BA BOOM CHHHH

here's an oldy but a goodie

Long ago, when sailing ships ruled the waves, a captain and his crew were in danger of being boarded by a pirate ship. As the crew became frantic, the captain bellowed to his First Mate, "Bring me my red shirt!". The First Mate quickly retrieved the captain's red shirt, which the captain put on and lead the crew to battle the pirate boarding party. Although some casualties occurred among the crew, the pirates were repelled.

Later that day, the lookout screamed that there were two pirate vessels sending boarding parties. The crew cowered in fear, but the captain calm as ever bellowed, "Bring me my red shirt!". The battle was on, and once again the Captain and his crew repelled both boarding parties, although this time more casualties occurred.

Weary from the battles, the men sat around on deck that night recounting the day's occurrences when an ensign looked to the Captain and asked, "Sir, why did you call for your red shirt before the battle?". The Captain, giving the ensign a look that only a captain can give, exhorted, "If I am wounded in battle, the red shirt does not show the wound and thus, you men will continue to fight unafraid". The men sat in silence marveling at the courage of such a man.

As dawn came the next morning, the lookout screamed that there were pirate ships, 10 of them, all with boarding parties on their way. The men became silent and looked to their Captain for his usual command. The Captain, calm as ever, bellowed, "Bring me my brown pants!!

Rest Day today

Thanks for following on Gazza...any help greatly appreciated

Soooo..the end of week 1 on Mitotropin as I try to drop my BF% down from 25% to 12-13%. Optimass has tweaked my diet (thanks for that!) and its now a lot cleaner and I have lost 2.1kgs from my start weight of 120kg 7 weeks ago and 1.2 kg from this past week. I can see the changes in the mirror with fat loss from my waist and face, with a bit more muscle definition all round esp when pumped. GRATIFICATION MUCH!

The guy/gym manager that intailly did my BF% (25%) with the calipers seemed unsure/unknowledgable when he first did my measure and now wants to charge me $60 to do it again! soooo FARK HIM and the horse he rode in on  and I'm gonna get me own and do it right each time.

Tale of the tape...feels more confident now he has made gains

Stats: All taken flexed but not pumped...correct way? I not know

With the stats, I don't think it really matters in the long run.. so long as you keep taking the measurements under the same conditions each time :)
