startinfromscratch Posted June 13, 2009 Report Share Posted June 13, 2009 just took over a membership here, train 4 days a week, mon tues thurs fri.split atm is legs, chest/tris, back, shoulders/bis.i train around 2pm, depending on work/traffic, a regular w/out buddy would be great but its an unusual workout time so not holding my breath.so anyone going here keen for a train, just reply in my journal or pm..
