no training in weekend, last trained on thurs nite which means iv had 3 days off. was sposed to train yesterday but have come down a bad cold and feel pretty crappy so better to just rest up.

diets been pretty bad. no cheat meals just dont feel like eating atm

gonna buy some compression pants and top to help with recovery

also needa get some scales and calipers to keep track of weight/bf%

Training is going swell

just 1st leg train since march had a wee test to see where squat strength is at nearly got double bodyweight for reps with no belt or wraps so was pretty happy with that :) supps must be kickin in :lol:

diets going good, bodyfats coming down good

temptation to up the carbs a lot is big, but needa stick to the plan.

have slowly increased carbs since, weight sitting around 90-92

got sick of freezing my ass off so gonna save the cutting for when summer rolls back around.

going on a lean bulk at the moment.

no training tonight

diet:

high protein - protein every 2-3 hours

carbs - 4 meals a day, clean carbs

fats - 3 meals a day + fats from meats etc.

supps:

creatine

pre-workout formula

multi

training:

lots of volume
