If the cancer is that bad though the treatment could kill of alot of the cells in that area which would probably cause dry mouth.well i though it was accurate, we used to know a guy who has such surgery, and being the inquisitive 10year old i was asked why he was always needing water and thats what i got told...what are you studying small?????lawThats impressive, if you can recall information in such detail from a young age, you shouldn't have too much trouble with uni.
