I kept cardio up.Weight last night was 90.9kg.For this blast I have replaced some exercises where I felt my progression was slowing up. I went & had a look at Les Mills the other day & noticed their hack squat machine was at a much more flatter angle than the one at my gym. Makes the one I use look so old school :pfft:

deegee
good going. I like the concept of a 6-7 "blast" and going all out its sometimes hard to keep the intencity going all.
Marcus
BTW - how's your diet looking these days? You still on track protein wise?Diet is good man. Protein is still very high, all I've done is drop my carbs a little & up my cardio. The weight is coming off slowly which is how I want.If anything I find it hard in the weekends to keep my protein high because my routine isn't the same as during the week. Marcus
good going. I like the concept of a 6-7 "blast" and going all out its sometimes hard to keep the intencity going all. That's what I've enjoyed about DC Training - the structure. When I first started I thought I would be able to blast forever. But sure enough, on the 7th week, everything went to shit, completely fell apart. CNS was rooted, mentally I couldn't focus on beating that damn logbook again. Then I realised - it was time for a cruise. The hardest thing about cruising though is not training to failure when I'm used to it.

Marcus
It is one working set but the two rest pauses in there raise the intensity through the roof. Not to mention the extreme stretching after that. For some strange reason I seem to sweat a lot when I extreme stretch. Weird or what?My workouts usually take an hour. Marcus
Double update:Monday Oct 3BB curls TT 22 x 40, 13 x 30Rev Curls TT 21 x 30Seated Calf Raise -Seated LC TT 25 x 60Squats TT 7 x 135, 17 x 90I played touch in the weekend & tried out my new boots. It was wet & I strained my calf muscle. Don't know what caused it but I didn't train calves today as a result.Squats suffered a little from this too as my legs weren't too confident.
