it's looking good, arms don't hold much fat so they shouldn't shrinkn too much for comps unless you diet hard.

Would say your triceps could hang down a lot more, be an easy 1/2" gain you could make on your Arms that way in next 2 months before cutting for the comps.

ohh thanks guys :oops: to be honest im not to concerned about havin mass for my nxt comp , i just wana get cutt to pieces cause i stuffd the cuttin up so bad for my up first comp and am real paranoid about doin it again :?

well ,im pretty stoked, i've been told (and noticed myself a bit) that im slightly wider,thicker(in mass not metality)and gettin more definition than i had b4 last yrs comp, so think it safe to say im on the right track to bettering myself 100% for this yrs comp, so big thanks to all who have taken the time to pass on there 2 cents worth, definatly cudnt have come as far with out your help :wink:

will update again wen i get my new bf% etc done in cuple of wks. :grin:
