soundsgood
No fat, no carbs, no sugar, little bit of protein (0.3g per serve), little bit of caffiene. It looks like the perfect drink. Even a glass of water with a squeeze of lemon has a little bit of carbs (from the lemon). So is Coke Zero the perfect drink for us or what? samoan_muscle
Lol - coke zero does the opposite of water.Water hydrates - coke zero dehydrates. Good as water?? = go figure  Every couple of months or so someone always has to ask this question..."can't i just drink Coke Zero instead of water"... luv.me.oats
it's crap, so once in a while, good with southern comfort though. Also, I tend to use it for a pep pre train if no espresso shot around - as I can't have carbo cola these days. :? yes water reigns supreme! fudoc5
Phenelalanine is 200 times sweeter than normal sugar and i dont like the label at the back "excessive consumption may lead to laxative effect",not very conforting

nicksmith3
Come on guys, it's fucking terrible for you. Phenelalanine or whatever its called.Phenelalanine is already present in ones body, along with aspartame. (Both, are what makes some mainly used artificial sweetners) There is a lot of evidence proving artificial is not bad for you, and there is some showing that it 'could' cause some side-effects. I was worried about these sweeteners until i put up a blog on bb.com. heres the blog and another interesting link to a study done on the relation between 'brain cancer' and artificial sweetners.http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1698 ... stractPlushttp://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthrea ... =109974141Enjoy, Its a good read
soundsgood
Damn it thought it was to good to be true. Had a bottle of it last night after reading the label. First thing other than water for like 6 weeks, it was nice for a change. Nevermind.... back to water
