Old Bull
Hi All,Have attached an Entry Form for The Powerhouse Open, this is just to give us an idea of numbers so we can organise the flights (session spilts). Either email or post it in, you can still rock on up on the day, but to get an idea of which flight you are in (ie 100kg lifter arriving 8.00am and lifting in the afternoon) it would be best to check first, you could miss out on 2 all you can eat Big Breakfasts. \:D/ Also attached the Comp Flyer times may change depending on the lifters, but this is how it will probably run. Any queries regarding the rules of competition, I will send out, infact I might post them up soon.Stay StrongEntry Form 6thDecember2008.doc6thDecember2008.doc

Old Bull
Maria 45 years old got it best DL 170in this pick OB is she doing a sumo deadlift? is that allowed for woman?SmallSumo is more than Conventional for female lifters, stronger legs than back, wider hip/pelvic area and women with longer legs. The sumo deadlift effectively shortens the distance the bar has to be vertically moved. It is a bit more of a technical lift, but quite effecient, Maria weighed 57kgs about 2.6 times body weight in that lift.Men a quite sucessful at it too here is MZ
