Best lifts this week is the same as usual my 22.5kg DB Press x10 for Shoulders, 30kg db press for chest, only 70kgx10 for 1 legged leg press. Did 6 hours of gardening, trimming trees/shrubs, weeding, , sweeping, clearing, dumping folliage and hosed it all down to finish. Not a fun job and back is sore as.
