Still training and eating well. Best lifts this week is the same as usual my 22.5kg DB Press x10 for Shoulders, 30kg db press for chest, only 70kgx10 for 1 legged leg press. Been busy, had a burglary :evil: AND I need to move house. So I'm about but not posting as much... things to do people to see :grin:

Shit happens sometimes arh well, with stink things happening I can only expect I'm going to have some really really good luck now :-s hehe fingers crosssed. Hopefully the insurance comes through soon and I can get new stuff but some things can never be replaced like photos/videos of my babies. They even pinched my favourite shoes!!! WTH???!!! Looking at a place today. Change is as good as a holiday :grin:

Suppose to train chest & tri's today but forgot my trackies hmmm don't think it would have been a good look training in my gruts!!! :shock: Gutted

When I used to work at Les Mills, I had to kick a chick out cause she thought it was ok to wear her underwear in the womans gym.. LOL

Yeah today trained but forgot my gym bra, had 3 pairs of undies for some reason :-s Arh well lucky I don't have big jubblies! :pfft:

1 legged leg press 40kgsx10, 50kgsx10, 60kgsx10, 70kgsx10

Laying Hammie Curls 60x10, 70x10, 80x10, 90x10

Leg Extns 30x10, 35x10, 40x10, 45x10

Quick back & bi's w/o last night as training partner was late then we had to meet another mate at 6.30pm, super fast, little breaks but lots of fun!

1 arm db rows 20kgsx10, 22.5kgsx10, 25kgsx10, 27.5kgsx10

CG Pulldown 42kgsx10, 48kgsx8, 48kgsx6 geez haha that was hard! :oops:

WG Seated Row high to nips- Paramount L6x10, L7x10, L8X10 no kg markings

DB Bicep curls 10kgsx10 - 3 sets

DB Hammer curls accross the chest 7.5kgsx10 - 3 sets

Went for Malaysian had 6x beef sticks with satay sauce followed by Mei Gorang, it was the shit!!! nom nom nom off season fatty :pfft:

NO traps as freekin sore and wasted

No gym today as moving house and have a lot to do. Did 6 hours of gardening, trimming trees/shrubs, weeding, , sweeping, clearing, dumping folliage and hosed it all down to finish. Not a fun job and back is sore as. Going to the gym is much more fun and easier :cry: More of the same tomorrow and gym again Monday.
