Back & Bi's today - started with bi's as need to focus more on these

Standing curls 10kgsx10, 12.5kgsx10, 15kgsx6 drop 8kgsx6, 10kgsx10

Cross body standing hammers 6kgsx10 SS with incline hammers 6kgsx10, 7kgsx10 ss 6kgsx10, 8kgsx10 ss 6kgs, 10kgsx10 ss 6kgs

Concentration curls 6kgsx10 - 4 sets no breaks

CG Seated Row 45kgsx10, 50kgsx10, 55kgsx10, 60kgsx8

WG Lat Pull 25kgsx10, 30kgsx10, 35kgsx10, 35kgsx10

DB Row 20kgsx10, 22.5kgsx10, 25kgsx8 stink grip, need to bring wraps

Finished off with some eazi bar preachers 15kgs ss with 1 arm DB 6kgs preacher curls x10, x8, x6, x6, x5, x5, x4, x4, x4 then my biceps were rather sore

Chest & Tri's tonight. Feel tired, sore throat and shitty, at least some good tv on tonight wooo!

Bench 40kgsx10, 50kgsx10, 60kgsx10, 70kgsx4, 60kgsx10

Incline bench 30kgsx10, 35kgsx10 - 3 sets

Flys 10kgsx10, 12.5kgsx10, 15kgsx10, 17.5kgsx10

CG Bench 30kgsx10 - 4 sets

Tri Press 5pltsx10, 6pltsx10, 7x10, 7x8

Rope Extn 12x10, 18x10 - 3 sets

Nar been doing the proper grip :grin: Tonight flagged legs and went and saw "He's just not that into you" bloody fantastic movie and laughed my tits off all the way through! Had lamb shanks for dinner and 2 red wines yummo! I will be good soon, believe me :shifty:
