The great thing about BFL is once youve finished your 12 weeks you can start a new one. Just upgrade your goals each time :grin:

Yep I sure will, I taking my after photos on Saturday so will post them up then!!

Woke up this morning and the cellulite has gone from my thighs I am very excited , I'm not sure where it has gone or if it will turn up later today somewhere else!? :pfft: So I've put on a mini skirt in celebration!!! YAY!!!

Hello! Been testing out fake tan stuff for photos and I'm glad I've been testing it out as I look like I have major freckles everywhere from spraying the stuff and not rubbing it in very well!! I have the right brand now and it will all be fine for the day!!

Lower body today:

DB Sumo squats: 20kgx12/30kgx10/40kgx8/50kgx6/20kgx12

Leg Press: 140lbx12

Lunges: 9.2kgx12/14.4kgx10/20kgx8/25kgx6/14.4kgx12

Deadlift: 34.6kgx12

Calf raise: 80lbsx12/100lbsx10/130lbsx8/170lbsx6/160lbsx12

One Legged calf raise: 140lbs x12

Captains chair: BW: 12/10/8/6/12

Swiss ball crunches: BW: x12

FOOD:

M1: Protein shake, craisins and Almonds, banana

M2: LF Yoghurt, 2 scoop protein powder, oats

M4: eggs, tuna, veges, kumura

M5: tuna, ww rice thin

M6: salmon, veges

M7: Protein shake

Cool look forward to seeing ya pics. You're diet looks yum, I like those craisins. Did you know cranberry juice is good for urinary tract infections? Yep gets rid of them quick MAGIC no antibiotics required. Better when add vodka :oops: :pfft:

That's pretty powerful stuff then huh!? Vodka cures alot of things too as a good astringent!

Craisins are soo yum I just found them on the weekend in the supermarket.

Yay nearly Fridee!! feeling tired today and it shows in my poor lifts!!

BB bench: 10kgx12/14.6kgx10/14.6kgx8/10kgx3 9kgx3/10kgx12

DB bench: 10kg x12

Lawnmowers: 4.6kgx12/7.2kgx10/10kgx8/12.5kgx6/10kgx12

DB one arm rows: 7.2kgx12

BB standing press: 5kgx12/5kgx10/5kgx8/7.2kgx6/5kgx12

Bent db raises: 2.5kgx12

db curls: 5kgx12/7.5kgx10/7.5kgx8/7.5kgx6/5kgx12

Hammer curls: 5kgx12

Dips: BW: 12/10/8/6/12

Tricep extention: 7.2kg x12

FOOD: Well I was doing SO well until a couple of my friends came over with their children and the kiddies started destroying my apartment (I'm not very child friendly!!) so I ended up having a glass of wine to block out the crying/shouting/destroying of abode, husband is still drinking I've since had dinner and protein shake- being good again!!

M1: Protein shake, almonds

M2: LF Yoghurt, 2 scoops protein powder, oats, craisins

M3: Prawns, veges, eggs

M4: Eggs, oat cakes, pear

M5: pre workout protein shake+ post workout shake

Hoorah it's Fridee!!

Really tired, think it's the heat it was very hot on the treadmill today!!

Cardio: treadmill 20 mins HIT

FOOD:

M1: Protein shake + almonds + craisins

M2: LF Yoghurt 1 scoop pp + oats

M3: salmon, veges, apple, cottage cheese, pineapple

M4: cottage cheese,flax oil, 2 oat cakes

M5: fish pie with lemon fish, prawns, kumura, pumpkin,peas and carrots yum!

M6:Protein shake

Photo's tomorrow am a little scared :shock:

Have to get some sort of posing malarky going on!! Tan is coming along! Trying to even it up from the marathon my arms and lower legs are more tanned than the middle of me!

aaaah final day of BFL scary photo day!!!

Spent all morning taking photo's - my camera is so old it takes about 3mins between each photo to warm up again so it was a LLLOOOONNNGGGG process. But happy with the final results yay!! Looking at my 'Before' and 'after' looks weird I look like a totally different person (tan helps!!!)

Final work out was Lower body:

hmmmm so a week off now and I will spend that time figuring out whether to carry on with the BFL routine or to make one up myself or do some other one, have NO idea at the moment except I want to carry on Body buliding as I want more muscle!!!!

FOOD, well I had my cheat meal today but the one that I've been DYING to eat all 12 weeks and didn't cause it was just too bad- yet good!

M1: Protein shake

M2: 3 eggs, 1 piece of ww toast, cottage cheese

M3: Protein shake, banana, almonds

M4:Rice thins, tuna, sauerkraut

M5: fromage des crepe + crepe suzette + 3 glasses kir YUMMY

Everything good is bad, everything bad is good. =P~

Thanks TFB!! Well I've had a day off from 'clean' eating today and it sucks I'm back on the clean eating again tomorrow that's for sure, toast for brekkie is not that I remembered it being I felt like I had eaten some concrete all morning. Plus I'm too scared I'll undo all my hard work!!!!

wow great transformation-loovn the bikini colour!. i have got 6weeks and double the way to go hahahahahahah..sigh :pfft: :P

Thanks Small!! Pink is my favourite colour!! You have double the way to go in half the time?! What are you plans for that then??

haha well i have a nice wee [well, big] friend on here who im hoping will keeping me inline haha, they've sussed BF tests every Sun, pics weekly, weigh ins weekly, diet/cardio/weights/supps for next 6 weeks so im sorted its just doing :grin:
