Hey guys a bit of an update

Well after a few weeks of more training.. here is some new pics.

Iv been really working hard on the Shoulders, Chest, abbs and legs at the moment.

leg pictures will come on the weekend haha when i learn how to pose : )

anyway let me know wheat you think.

Good stuff, bro. And still disgustingly lean, too. Let's see those legs, then. :)

haha cheers man... and trust me putting on weight by eating for me doesn't work at all haha

What im eating pretty much every day....

Morning...

  • Protein shake with greens powder and creatine..
    porage/Oats
    4 slices of toast with peanut butter
    an apple and bannana
    1ltr of water

Lunch...

  • Chicken Salad
    Tuna Salad
    Pasta (Carbs)
    Chicken on bread :)
    another protein shake

Dinner...

  • 3x a week is red meat the other 4 is chicken and pasta
    another protein shake
    heaps of veg i love me veg
    massive salads

so yea i eat quite alot. and have between 5-7 shakes a day and about 2-4lts of water.

and on training days before workouts im still taking Rampage

Thanks Guys Im now holding a pretty stable 90kgs and feel and look bigger and stronger.

im eating as much as i can to get some weight on but hard work.

Days Feed

1x Shake in the morning with Brecky

1x Shake after workout.

4x Bowls of Oats with protein shake on top.. (Total 6 shakes a day)

4x 185gs Tuna

5x Bits of fruit

1x pasta meal

Dinner (Steak or chicken/pasta)

Finger crossed i get my 100kgs this year.

haha well i was never good at spelling.... But hey what Engineer are..

Ill Stick to Rowing and Lifter im better at that..

Thanks for the tips people... Im more just looking at the cheap option around gaining GOOD weight. Tuna dont bother me to much its more the Oats that are starting to make me Gag........
