Adrenalean - Your Thoughts?

Adrenalean by Designer Supplements? It's banned in NZ as it contains Arecoline (methylarecaidin) which is prescription only. Arecoline is an alkaloid obtained from the betel nut (Areca catechu), the fruit of a areca palm (Areca catechu). Arecoline is a stimulant which acts on the parasympathetic nervous system to induce a range of different effects including a heightened sense of awareness as well as increased salivation, heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature and intestinal function. It has been used as a euphoriant in the Pacific Islands.

Arecoline, the active ingredient in betel nut, is prohibited under the World Anti-Doping Code 20076 Prohibited List (effective from 01/01/07).

Arecoline is considered a related substance to class 1A-stimulants.

Answer these:

Have you used anything in the past that worked?

What supps are you currently on?

What kind of diet are you following, and how long have you been following it?

What's you current weight and bodyfat % and how much do you want to lose?

How much weight have you lost or gained in the last 12 months?

How much cardio and weight training are you doing?

What time frame are you looking at?

How many years have you been training for?

I have used Reactiv TR-2's. These did work well with what I was doing.

What supps are you currently on?

Currently on Reactiv defining whey, hmb, a vit b supplement, nitro.

What kind of diet are you following, and how long have you been following it?

Following a strict diet of 6 meals a day with no carbs after 4pm. Meals spaced 3 hours apart

What's you current weight and bodyfat % and how much do you want to lose? I need to actually measure this....

Basically I started at 121kgs last september, I got down to 90-92kgs around 2 months ago and have been sitting on that for a while. My strength etc is getting better. I work out regulary, doing both cardio and weights and i play hockey at a premier level.

I might stick to what I am doing as i have noticed a change in definition, just want to get rid of the excess fat around my belly. And I know the main things to do this is diet and workout.

How many years have you been training for? Been training for around 1 year seriously, and about 3-4 on and off.
