Running isnt all that good for your bones, especially not good for your knees, cartlidge etc. I guess thats why eliptical machines are comming in alot more now

Yeah I get those shin splints when running too much so I do cycling. Anyone else get splints?

couldnt disagree more with the you must do cardio to get ripped theory intence bodybuilding workouts burn shitloads of calories add on that a calorie deficit and you can get lean and even ripped. its like all things in this game what works for one person might not work for the other everyone has different metabolisms etc etc some people need to do cardio some dont the only reason i would do cardio during say a cut is to give me a few more calories in my diet or if i left things to the last minute and had to lose it in a hurry otherwise i dont bother id rather do weights twice a day
