biomax
Current fav - Tuna Lite with 50 grams of cashews and balsamic vinegar. Side of capacium (yellow, orange and red) salad. Please pardon me if I am taking over this thread, but I am really excited about all the interesting meal ideas got from this thread. I just love good eating, so my apologies in advance if anyone is offended.Tried the tuna, cashews and balsamic for lunch today and it was really superb. Halfway through the meal I decided to add in half of a chopped up green apple and that really made it even better! Complimented the "sour" taste of the Balsamic vinegar" This is going to be one of the staples in the future. It's quick and easy to make, wholesome and it tastes blooming good  Tomorrow is going to be the turn of the tuna and green beans(steamed with some garlic ala Queen) To the MaxBio
Pseudonym
Balsamic vinegar is awesome, so by extension I'm sure the recipe is too.I've just moved this topic into the Recipes forum so it's more obvious to everyone. I've been meaning to put a few of my own recipes in here - even got as far as taking photos, but haven't got around to actually posting them yet. Soon, though, I promise.
