6 sets v bar pushdown 25*15

6 sets 1 arm ext 6*8

back

6 sets DL 110*6

6 sets chins -26*8

6 sets pulldown 47*8

6 sets cable row 47*10

6 sets ez bar curl 7.5 each side*8

6 sets db hammer curls 10*10

Thought I might bring this thread back to life .....recents workouts

 

Legs

front squats, squats, walking bb lunges

 

Back/bis

chins, do rows, bb curls

 

Chest/tris

incline db press, flat press, dips, rope push downs, bench dips

 

Plenty of cardio to go around

Hey bro! Good to have you back posting.

 

Jono was one of the foundation members of this forum back when it was NZBB and just getting started in the 04/05. A real NZBB OG! f*ck yeah those were the good old days of the forum.

 

So whats been happening man? Hope you are healthy, good to see you're still training.

Lol. I remember the old days. 

 

Healthy as hell - feeling good. Have been training in and off over the years. Getting back into things on a more regular basis now. 

 

Glad to see some of the old timers still around. Will be posting up some workouts and training. 

 

Up in AK for the last 10 or so years so can't get to the house like I used to!!

If not, try City Fitness. Memberships from $7 a week, and it seems like they're consistently rolling out upgrades to the Queen St gym at the moment - new machines, making more floor space, more mirrors, etc. Only downside is they need more plates. At the moment, I end up doing a scavenger hunt in between each set.

Used to train at both - downside is they are busy as hell
