jerume Posted October 1, 2004 Report Share Posted October 1, 2004 i just got ast micronized creatine monohydrate and started my loading phase today,i started by taking 5gs with 8oz of water 5 times a day for 5 days it says,and boy did i feel sick today,i felt dizzy,upset stomach,headache,and just felt like crap!!!i've never heard of side effects from creatine,i drunk heapsa water all day long but still felt upset,after my workout i felt better though,i was just wondering if anyone else has experienced ssimilar or other side effects from using creatine in a loading phase or just maintenance?
